Brazilian roots, Doha home, one obsession: how bodies move.
I did not come to fitness through competition or aesthetics. I came to it through curiosity about why some people move freely at seventy and others struggle at forty. Everything I teach comes from that question.
I didn’t start my career in fitness. My journey began in the corporate world, but I always felt called to make a more meaningful impact on people’s lives. After moving to Dublin, I became a certified Personal Trainer and have continued my education through Physical Education, Yoga, Pilates, Olympic Weightlifting, TRX, nutrition, and other specialties that allow me to coach with confidence and purpose.
Over the years, my work has taken me from Brazil to Saudi Arabia—where I worked as a personal trainer for a member of the Saudi royal family—and now to Qatar, where I’ve spent the last six years helping people of different backgrounds become stronger, healthier, and more confident. As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt, I also bring the discipline, resilience, and consistency that martial arts have taught me into every coaching experience.
I believe exercise is one of the most powerful forms of medicine. My goal isn’t simply to help you train harder—it’s to help you move better, feel stronger, age with confidence, and build habits that support your health for life. Because lasting results are created through precision, consistency, and a plan designed around you.
My work is not to exhaust you. It is to make you capable — and to make the process something you look forward to.
Training, teaching, refining
Four principles I never negotiate
Assess before you prescribe
No programme is written before I have seen how you breathe, stand and move under load.
Technique is the training
A perfectly executed lighter set beats a sloppy heavy one, every single time.
Programme
Um plano escrito de 12 semanas com estrutura de sessões, metas de progressão e uma breve rotina diária.
Review
A cada quatro semanas, realizamos novos testes, ajustamos a carga e conversamos abertamente sobre o que está e o que não está funcionando.
